Reference is made to the Company's Announcement dated 13 November 2024 on the above matter ("Previous Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Previous Announcements. Further to the Previous Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that the Services Agreement between AGX Malaysia and ADE was entered into on 13 November 2024, upon finalisation of the terms between the parties. The Services Agreement is for a period of 2 years from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2026. This announcement is dated 14 November 2024. |
