The Board of Directors of AGB is pleased to propose a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 0.45 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The proposed entitlement and payment date for the final dividend shall be announced at a later date.
