AGX GROUP BERHAD ("AGB" OR "COMPANY") INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LISTING OF AGB ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("IPO") |
(Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by AGB dated 16 January 2024.)
On behalf of the Board of Directors of AGB, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce the following in relation to the IPO:
(i) level of subscription;
(ii) basis of allotment/ allocation;
(iii) distribution for placement tranche; and
(iv) disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of AGB arising from the public offering,
